- Parents who have registered to watch the concert are to arrive between 1.15pm and 1.25pm at the Sports Hall gate. There will be no access after 1.25pm.
- Parents to leave at 2.30pm via the Sports Hall gate. If they are collecting their children they must do so from the area beyond the gate.
- Pupils must leave via the Reception
