On Friday we will be holding our Hook School annual Sports Day.
We will commence at 9:45am.
We would be very grateful for the loan of any gazebos for the event, as we are hoping for a sunny day! If you are able to provide a gazebo/sun shelter, please speak to a member of staff on Friday morning who will be happy to help.
As we aim to conclude the sports day by 11.45pm, you are very welcome to collect your child from the school gate at 12pm. If you do wish to do so please instruct your child to inform the class teacher on Friday that they do not require a school lunch.
Part-time Nursery children may be picked up at 11:30am as normal.
Children who are not collected at 12pm may be collected at 1pm as normal.
Children who are booked into Friday Provision may be picked up at 3pm.
It would be very helpful for our kitchen staff if you would complete the form linked below if you intend to collect your child/children at 12pm.
