Dear Parents and Carers,
As you are aware, Hook C. P. School operates an asymmetric working week. On a Friday, the end of the school day for all full-time pupils is 1.00 pm.
Childcare is available for Friday afternoons until 3pm.
– Please complete the booking form via the “forms” section on the school app to book a space.
– A new form will need to be completed each week (bookings will be for the end of the same week)
– The form should be completed anytime after 8.00 am each Monday morning.
– One form for each family – please list names of all pupils attending and requiring a space
