I am currently completing my practice teaching placement in Dosbarth Morlo. As part of my professional development during the school year, one of my lessons will be observed and recorded for training purposes.
These recordings will be made using IRIS Connect, a secure and GDPR-compliant professional development platform used by many schools and training providers. IRIS Connect allows teachers in training to reflect on and improve their teaching practice by securely recording lessons. These recordings are encrypted and stored securely. They are only accessible to me and my external university tutors for the purpose of teacher training and development. No recordings will be publicly shared or used beyond this context.
I would be grateful if you could complete the permission slip linked below to indicate whether you give permission for your child to be included in these recorded lesson observations.
